Support dealers, distributors, and industrial customers with required documentation.
Coordinate with Production, Planning, Warehouse, and Dispatch departments for timely order fulfillment.
Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, sales orders, and other sales documents.
Follow up on order status, dispatch schedules, and delivery confirmations.
Maintain customer records, pricing data, and sales reports.
Communicate with customers regarding order status, product availability, and delivery timelines.
Coordinate with transporters and logistics teams for dispatch arrangements.
Support the sales team in achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
Track pending orders, back orders, and customer complaints.
Coordinate with Accounts for payment follow-up and customer account reconciliation.
Maintain accurate records of customer inquiries, orders, and sales activities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
