Key Responsibilities
Screen resumes based on job requirements.
Conduct initial HR screening calls.
Assist the HR team in daily recruitment activities.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring.

Required Skills:
Good communication skills (English & Hindi).
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
Robust interpersonal and organizational skills.
Quick learner with a positive attitude.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Eligibility
Final-year students, graduates, or freshers.
Interest in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.
