Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the end-to-end execution of large-scale residential and commercial building projects, including architectural, structural, and MEP coordination. This role will be responsible for driving project delivery excellence, managing multi-disciplinary consultants, ensuring regulatory compliance, and overseeing on-ground execution through extensive site travel across Maharashtra.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Delivery & Execution
Plan, execute, and deliver projects within defined timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
Monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to approved project schedules.
Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure seamless execution.

Stakeholder & Consultant Coordination
Lead coordination among clients, architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants,
contractors, and site teams.




Ensure effective communication and alignment between all stakeholders.
Drive resolution of technical and execution-related challenges.

Regulatory Compliance & Approvals
Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements including Fire, Workplace, RERA, MCGM, and other local authorities.
Coordinate approvals and documentation with government authorities and regulatory bodies.
Ensure adherence to safety and legal standards across project sites.

Reporting & MIS Management
Prepare detailed project status reports, dashboards, and MIS for senior management review.
Present progress updates, cost status, risks, and milestones to leadership teams.
Maintain project documentation and compliance records.

Site Leadership & Execution Oversight
Provide solid on-ground leadership through frequent travel to project sites across Maharashtra.
Monitor site execution activities and ensure alignment with project plan
