We are looking for an Analytics Modeling Analyst to join our Analytics team and strengthen our predictive modeling and analytical delivery capabilities. The role will provide additional modeling capacity by running predictive models on prepared client datasets, validating scoring outputs, and transforming analytical results into clear, client-ready materials. The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of predictive modeling and scoring workflows, strong attention to detail, and using R-based automation to support productive and scalable analytics delivery.

This role will also enable senior analysts to focus more on analytical interpretation, strategic recommendations, and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Run predictive models and scoring workflows on prepared client datasets.
- Process, review, and validate model scoring outputs to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Perform quality checks on analytical outputs and identify discrepancies or issues before client delivery.
- Use R automation scripts to generate and prepare client-ready presentation materials.
- Translate analytical and modeling results into clear, concise, and easy-to-understand client materials.
- Support the Analytics team in preparing deliverables within agreed timelines and quality standards.
- Work closely with senior analysts to ensure model outputs are accurately represented in final deliverables.
- Maintain consistency and accuracy across recurring analytical and presentation deliverables.
- Support continuous improvement of modeling and reporting workflows through effective use of automation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Working knowledge of predictive modeling, model scoring,



or analytical workflows.
- Familiarity with data analysis and interpretation of concepts.
- Working knowledge of R is preferred; candidates with a strong willingness to learn R automation scripts will also be considered.
- Solid attention to detail and a structured approach to quality control.
- Ability to review analytical outputs and identify errors, inconsistencies, or anomalies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to translate analytical findings into explicit and qualified client-facing materials.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deliverables within timelines.
- Ability to work collaboratively with senior analysts and cross-functional team members.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with predictive analytics, statistical modeling, or data science projects.
- Experience using R or similar analytical/programming tools.
- Experience working with automated reporting or presentation-generation workflows.
- Exposure to client-facing analytics or consulting environments.
