Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Quantitative Aptitude & Logical Reasoning Faculty to train and mentor students in quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills. The faculty will be responsible for designing and delivering effective training programs to improve students' performance in competitive examinations, placement assessments, and recruitment tests.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct classroom training sessions on Quantitative Aptitude and Logical Reasoning for undergraduate students.
- Develop lesson plans, training materials, question banks, practice exercises, and mock tests.

- Puzzles and Critical Reasoning
- Prepare students for campus placement aptitude tests, competitive examinations, and recruitment assessments.
- Conduct regular assessments, mock tests, and practice sessions to evaluate student progress.
- Analyse student performance and provide appropriate feedback and remedial training.
- Use innovative teaching methods and practical examples to make concepts easy to understand.
- Mentor students individually and support students who require additional guidance.
- Coordinate with the Training & Placement team and faculty members to plan and execute placement-oriented training programs.
- Maintain records of training sessions,



attendance, assessments, and student performance.
- Stay updated with current aptitude and reasoning patterns followed by leading recruiters and competitive examinations.
- Participate in placement training initiatives, workshops, seminars, and other student development activities.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a relevant discipline.
- Candidates with relevant experience in aptitude training, competitive examination coaching, placement training, or corporate training will be preferred.

Experience
- 25 years of relevant experience in teaching/training Quantitative Aptitude and Logical Reasoning.
- Freshers with excellent aptitude skills and strong communication abilities may also be considered.
