Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager / Project Head with 12+ years of experience in construction, particularly in residential high-rise building projects, to lead the execution of a major project for TATA Realty.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead overall execution of the residential high-rise project from planning to completion.
- Manage construction activities, project schedules, budgets, quality and safety requirements.
- Coordinate with consultants, architects, contractors, vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor structural, architectural, MEP and finishing works.
- Ensure project milestones are achieved as per approved timelines.
- Review drawings, BOQs, specifications and construction methodologies.
- Manage contractors and subcontractors and ensure optimum resource utilization.
- Monitor project costs and control variations and wastage.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements,



safety standards and TATA Realty quality standards.
- Conduct regular site reviews and resolve technical and execution-related issues.
- Prepare and review progress reports, MIS and project performance updates.
- Lead project teams and ensure effective coordination between all departments.

Requirements
- 12+ years of relevant experience in construction/project management.
- Strong experience in residential high-rise building projects.
- Experience handling large-scale projects from foundation through finishing and handover.
- Strong knowledge of RCC, structural, architectural and MEP works.
- Good understanding of project planning, contracts, billing, cost control and quality management.
- Solid leadership, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills

Education: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering; M.E./M.Tech or PMP certification will be an advantage.

Preferred Profile

Candidates with experience in leading high-rise residential projects for reputed real estate/construction companies will be preferred.
