Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to inspect raw materials, components, in-process products, and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards, engineering drawings, and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspection of components/products.
- Inspect products as per engineering drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Perform dimensional and visual inspection using measuring instruments.
- Use Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Bore Gauge, Gauges, etc.
- Identify defects, deviations, and non-conformities during inspection.
- Record and maintain inspection reports and quality documentation.
- Coordinate with the Production team for quality-related issues and corrective actions.
- Ensure proper identification and traceability of inspected components.
- Support root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions for quality issues.
- Maintain inspection tools and ensure proper handling of measuring instruments.




- Follow company quality procedures, safety standards, and work instructions.

Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of Quality Inspection / Quality Control.
- Good understanding of Engineering Drawings.
- Knowledge of Vernier, Micrometer and other measuring instruments.
- Basic understanding of GD&T; will be an added advantage.
- Valuable observation and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a manufacturing environment.

Eligibility
- Diploma in Mechanical / Automobile Engineering
- B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Automobile Engineering
- 0 - 3 years of experience
- Freshers with relevant technical knowledge can also apply.
