Hiring: Quality Management System (QMS) Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Implement and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) across the organization.

✅ Manage Quality Manuals, procedures, and documentation.

✅ Plan and conduct internal quality audits; track CAPA and corrective actions.

✅ Coordinate and host external certification/customer audits.

✅ Train employees on quality systems, processes, and quality awareness.

✅ Review and improve quality procedures for continuous improvement initiatives.

✅ Develop and maintain SOPs as per quality requirements.

✅ Monitor KPIs and ensure compliance to prevent product, process, and system non-conformities.

Required Skills:

✔ Knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949 & IRIS standards.

✔ Internal Audit Planning & Execution.

✔ Documentation Control.

✔ CAPA & 8D Problem Solving.

✔ Root Cause Analysis (5 Why, Fishbone Diagram).





✔ PFMEA, Control Plan, APQP, PPAP, SPC & MSA.

✔ Strong analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.

✔ Proficiency in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
