Roles & Responsibilities

- Lead overall QA/QC activities for road projects.
- Ensure compliance with MoRTH, IRC, IS codes, drawings & specifications.
- Approve and monitor material testing and site quality checks.
- Supervise laboratory, QC engineers and testing teams.
- Conduct inspections, audits and quality control procedures.
- Monitor earthwork, GSB, WMM, DBM, BC and pavement works.
- Review ITP, QAP,



method statements and test reports.
- Identify non-conformities and ensure corrective actions.
- Coordinate with Client/PMC/Consultants on quality issues.
- Maintain quality documentation and prepare QA/QC reports.

Preferred candidate profile

- 6 - 8+ years of QA/QC experience in road/highway construction.
- Strong knowledge of MoRTH, IRC & IS standards.
- Experience in NHAI/State PWD/PMGSY projects preferred.
- Hands-on knowledge of road material and pavement testing.
- Experience managing QA/QC teams and site laboratories.
- Strong knowledge of QAP, ITP, WIR, NCR and test procedures.
- Good technical reporting and documentation skills.
- Robust coordination and problem-solving abilities
