Role Description The Quality Executive is a full time, on-site role based in Delhi, India, responsible for maintaining product quality and consistency across all Midnight Binge offerings. This role includes monitoring production processes, conducting regular quality checks on raw materials and finished products, and ensuring compliance with food safety and regulatory standards.

The Quality

Executive will document and analyze quality data, identify root causes of issues, and collaborate with production and R&D; teams to implement corrective and preventive actions. Day-to-day tasks also involve updating standard operating procedures, training staff on quality guidelines,



coordinating with suppliers for quality-related matters, and supporting audits and certifications. The role requires close attention to detail, strong ownership of quality outcomes, and alignment with the brand’s commitment to honest, comforting snacking.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated knowledge of quality control, quality assurance, and food safety standards (such as FSSAI, HACCP, or ISO-based systems).
- Experience with inspection, testing, and documentation of raw materials, in-process items, and finished products in a food or FMCG environment.
- Skills in process improvement, root cause analysis, and implementing corrective and preventive actions to reduce defects and variations.
- Ability to use basic quality tools and metrics (checklists, control charts, sampling plans) and maintain accurate records and reports.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with production, procurement, and R&D; teams, and for training staff on quality practices.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and capacity to work in a fast-paced, on-site manufacturing setting.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Food Technology, Quality Management, Microbiology, or a related field; prior experience in snacks or packaged foods is an advantage.
- Familiarity with hygiene and sanitation standards, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) is highly beneficial.
