Project Role Description : Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

Summary

As a Quality Engineering Lead, you will guide a team of quality engineers by coordinating multi-disciplinary planning and integrating various ecosystem components to enhance delivery speed and ensure high-quality standards throughout the application lifecycle. Your day involves collaborating with different teams to align testing strategies with business objectives, overseeing the implementation of quality processes, and continuously monitoring progress to identify areas for improvement. You will foster an environment that promotes efficiency and innovation, ensuring that testing activities are well-organized and contribute effectively to the overall success of the project.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of quality processes within the development lifecycle.
- Continuously evaluate and improve testing methodologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SnapLogic.
- Strong knowledge of quality engineering principles and best practices.
- Experience in designing and implementing end-to-end testing strategies.
- Ability to define and track key quality metrics to assess testing progress and outcomes.
- Familiarity with defect management and resolution processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team workplace.

Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SnapLogic.
- This position is based at our HDC3C - SEZ location.
