: Quality Control (QC) Executive

Job Title: Quality Control (QC) Executive (Home Furnishings Industry)

Location: Bhiwandi, Maharashtra

Experience: 2 to 4 Years

Role Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Control (QC) Executive to join our QC team. The ideal candidate should have experience in home textiles or furnishings, with a strong understanding of quality standards and inspection processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Inspect and approve all samples before production.
- Conduct in-line and final inspections of ongoing production orders as per specifications.
- Verify physical fabric parameters including shade matching, GSM, measurements, and quality standards.
- Identify production issues, suggest corrective measures, and coordinate with the respective teams for resolution.
- Monitor the status of raw materials and ongoing orders; ensure timely updates and communication with internal teams.
- Perform inspections covering:
- Goods and PO verification
- Packing and packaging checks
- Sampling accuracy
- Style and color conformity
- Safety, functionality, workmanship,



and product dimension checks
- Conduct daily shade verification for goods received (as per GRN).
- Inspect imported fabric collections verify actual length, detect fabric defects, and maintain daily reports.
- Review quarantine goods, prepare weekly reports, and share feedback with respective vendors.
- Address customer complaints promptly, coordinate with vendors, and ensure quick resolution.

Candidate Profile

- Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Textile Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field preferred.
- 01 year of experience in quality control, preferably in the home furnishing or textile industry.
- Solid understanding of fabric types, quality parameters, and inspection processes.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent observational skills.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Familiarity with textile/fabric quality standards and testing procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
