Designation: QC Executive / Sr. Executive – Packing Materials

Department: Quality Control / Quality Assurance

Experience: 3–6 years, preferably in agrochemicals, pesticides, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, FMCG, lubricants, or similar liquid/chemical packaging.

Annual Package- Rs.4.5 To 5L

Education: B.Sc. Chemistry / Polymer Science / Packaging Technology; B.Tech/Diploma in Polymer, Plastics, Printing or Packaging Technology would be particularly suitable.

Essential Technical Knowledge The candidate should have hands-on experience in QC inspection/testing of:

HDPE/PET plastic bottles & containers

Caps, plugs & induction wads: fitment, sealing, torque, leakage and compatibility.

Labels: metallic/non-metallic/self-adhesive labels, GSM/thickness, dimensions, adhesion, rub/scuff resistance, wrinkle/bubble assessment and print quality.

Printed pouches: laminate structure, thickness, seal strength, leakage, dimensions, printing and colour consistency.

Corrugated cartons: 3/5/7-ply construction,



GSM/BF/ECT/BCT understanding, dimensions, bursting strength and load/stacking performance.

Printing & artwork: shade matching, Pantone/colour standards, barcode/QR verification, registration, text and artwork comparison against approved master.

Incoming material inspection: sampling, specification verification, acceptance/rejection criteria and supplier-wise QC records.

Packing-line QC: bottle filling/closing, label application, pouch sealing, coding, carton packing and final appearance.

Key Skills to Specifically Look For The candidate should be capable of investigating packaging complaints, particularly bottle deformation after chemical filling, label wrinkling due to bottle surface/deformation, leakage, cap failures, pouch failures and printed-colour variation.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
