Job Description

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for an Inbound Voice Process handling a Government Process in Noida.

The candidate will be responsible for handling incoming customer calls, understanding customer queries and providing accurate information and assistance as per defined process guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer calls professionally
Understand and resolve customer queries
Provide accurate information and appropriate assistance
Follow SOPs, process guidelines and quality standards
Maintain accurate customer interaction records
Escalate complex queries to the appropriate team
Maintain productivity, quality and customer service standards

Candidate Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline
Minimum 1 year of experience in:

BPO / Call Centre

Basic English communication skills
