Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable Python-based scripts and automation solutions.
Integrate with external REST APIs, handling authentication, pagination, rate limiting, retries, and error management.
Normalize, transform, and process complex JSON payloads from multiple data sources.
Build reliable data pipelines that convert inconsistent input data into standardized output formats.
Implement structured logging, monitoring, and error-handling mechanisms to improve system reliability.
Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
Create lightweight test suites, fixtures, and validation frameworks to ensure solution quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand integration requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
Follow coding standards and best practices to ensure maintainable and reusable code.

Technical Skills
Strong programming and scripting expertise in Python (preferred) or Starlark.
Extensive experience working with REST APIs.
Hands-on experience with:




OAuth2 and token-based authentication
API pagination
Rate limiting
Retry mechanisms and exponential backoff strategies
Solid understanding of JSON data processing, including:
Nested objects and arrays
Optional and missing fields
Data type inconsistencies
Data normalization and transformation
Experience with structured logging and observability practices.
Robust debugging and troubleshooting skills.
Experience writing unit tests, integration tests, and test fixtures.
