Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries
Maintain and update sales and customer records
Develop monthly sales reports
Communicate key feedback from customers internally
Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations
Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems
Understand Customer Requirements - Internal NPD team
Planning Dispatch Schedule with the help of Production team.
Keep record of sales trends
Stay up-to-date with current product and feature launches and ensure sales team is on board
Review pending orders and specific customers’ requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience
Suggest sales process improvements

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
