Position: Business Development Manager (Software Sales)

Experience: 5+ Years in Software/IT Sales with at least 2 Years of Team Lead and Team Management experience

Qualification: MBA (Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or related field)

Language Requirement: Fluent English communication (Written and Verbal)

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Business Development team to achieve sales and revenue targets.
Drive business growth through software sales, lead generation, and client acquisition.
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market presence.
Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships.
Conduct client meetings, product presentations, demos, and negotiations.
Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and ensure target achievement.
Manage the sales pipeline and maintain accurate forecasting reports.
Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to maximize business opportunities.
Analyze market trends,



competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term client retention.

Required Skills & Qualifications
MBA in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Software Sales, IT Sales, or SaaS Sales.
Minimum 2 years of experience leading and managing a sales team.
Proven track record of revenue generation and target achievement.
Excellent leadership, mentoring, and team management skills.
Robust communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
Fluent English communication is mandatory.
Experience with CRM tools and sales reporting.
Ability to work in a target-driven and rapid-paced setting.
Strong understanding of B2B sales and software solutions.
