Job Title: Telecaller
Location: Mumbai
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers.
Explain products and services clearly and professionally.
Follow up on leads and maintain customer records.
Address customer queries and provide accurate information.
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.
Requirements:
Minimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass); graduates preferred.
Positive communication skills in Hindi, English, and/or Marathi.
Basic computer knowledge.
Prior telecalling or customer service experience is an advantage.
Positive attitude and convincing skills.
Salary: As per company standards and experience.
Job Type: Full time.
Pay: ₹9,397.02 - ₹24,967.51 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Mumbai, Maharashtra
