Role Overview

We are looking for a strategic, hands-on, and customer-focused Cluster Manager to oversee multiple Uni Seoul stores across regions. This role requires a robust balance of commercial acumen, operational excellence, and people leadership to ensure every store consistently delivers exceptional customer experiences while achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Growth
Drive sales performance across assigned stores by executing data-driven strategies and action plans.
Monitor key business metrics, identify prospects, and implement corrective measures to achieve and exceed targets.
Partner with senior leadership on promotions,



product launches, and commercial initiatives that accelerate growth.

Customer Experience & Brand Excellence
Champion a customer-first culture that reflects Uni Seoul's commitment to joyful retail experiences.
Ensure every store consistently delivers exceptional service while maintaining the brand's visual and operational standards.
Handle customer escalations professionally and build long-term customer loyalty.

Operational Excellence
Oversee daily store operations, ensuring compliance with SOPs, inventory accuracy, store audits, and cash management processes.
Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation aligned with Uni Seoul's brand identity.
Drive operational efficiency while minimizing shrinkage and ensuring compliance across all locations.

Leadership & Team Development
Coach, mentor, and develop Store Managers and their teams to achieve business goals.
