As we continue to expand across India, we are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Manager to drive growth by building relationships with pet clinics, veterinary hospitals, pet stores, distributors, groomers, and other strategic partners.

Role Overview

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating sales, building partnerships, and expanding Roth Pets' presence across offline and online channels.

This role requires a combination of field sales, relationship management, strategic thinking, and execution.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Sales
Identify and onboard new pet stores, veterinary clinics, hospitals, groomers, and distributors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
Conduct regular field visits and client meetings.




Generate recent business opportunities and convert leads into customers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Channel Expansion
Expand Roth Pets' presence across retail, veterinary, grooming, and distribution channels.
Explore partnerships with pet boarding facilities, training centres, pet events, and related businesses.
Identify new geographic markets and growth opportunities.

Key Account Management
Maintain relationships with existing partners and drive repeat orders.
Ensure partner satisfaction and address any concerns proactively.
Monitor product placement and visibility at partner locations.

Market Intelligence
Track competitor activity, pricing, and new product launches.
Gather market feedback from clinics, stores, and customers.
Share insights and recommendations with management.

Internal Coordination
