At Flomic Global Logistics Ltd., we're looking for a proactive and experienced Assistant Manager - Security, Safety & Surveillance to strengthen security, safety, and operational excellence at our warehouse in Bhiwandi, Maharashtra.

Location: Bhiwandi, Maharashtra

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise warehouse security operations
Oversee CCTV surveillance and access control systems
Drive loss prevention and incident investigations
Ensure safety compliance and emergency preparedness
Lead, train, and develop the security team
Maintain compliance records, reports, and audit documentation

What We're Looking For:
3 - 6 years of experience in Security, Safety, Loss Prevention, or Facility Security Management
Experience in warehouses, logistics parks,



manufacturing, or fulfillment centers
Robust knowledge of CCTV systems, access control, and security protocols
Understanding of fire safety, emergency response, and incident management
Experience in managing security agencies and guard deployment
Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting, and documentation
