Job Summary:
We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller – Lead Generation to connect with prospective clients, introduce ITChamps’ products and services, qualify leads, and schedule meetings for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls and generate current leads.
Introduce company products and services to prospective clients.
Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
Follow up with prospects through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
Maintain accurate lead and CRM records.
Achieve daily and monthly lead generation targets.

Required Skills:
Excellent communication skills in English and other languages.
Robust persuasion, listening, and interpersonal skills.
Skilled phone etiquette.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
