Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of counselors/business development executives.
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
Guide prospective students regarding educational programs and career prospects.
Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses.
Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into enrollments.
Maintain accurate records in CRM and ensure timely updates.
Monitor team performance and achieve enrollment targets.
Ensure excellent student experience throughout the admission process.
Handle escalations and provide effective resolutions.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding of students.
Maintain high standards of professionalism,



communication, and customer service.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
