Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days a Week)

Work Timings: 9:00 AM â" 6:30 PM

About the Role_:
ViralChilly is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Customer Support Intern who is eager to learn and grow in the IT & Digital Marketing industry. In this role, you'll support client communication, project coordination, outreach activities, lead generation, and relationship management while working closely with our Business Development, SEO, and Content teams.

Key Responsibilities_:
Search and identify relevant projects on Upwork and other freelancing platforms.
Analyze client requirements and prepare customized proposals.
Schedule meetings and coordinate with potential clients.
Follow up with prospects and maintain accurate lead records.
Coordinate with internal teams for project estimations and requirement gathering.




Research niche-specific websites, publications, blogs, and communities for outreach opportunities.
Conduct competitor research to identify collaboration and outreach opportunities.
Maintain outreach databases, communication logs, and campaign records.
Track communication progress, response rates, and client interactions.
Prepare reports and suggest improvements to enhance communication and outreach effectiveness.
Build and maintain qualified relationships with clients and external partners.
Stay updated with industry trends, digital marketing practices, and communication strategies.
