Experience Required: Minimum 5 Years

Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and bid on relevant projects on Freelancer, Truelancer, and Upwork:
Write customized, high-converting proposals to secure projects
Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for accurate delivery
Generate leads through LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other online channels
Build and maintain robust client relationships for repeat business
Track, manage, and follow up on leads and proposals
Meet monthly/quarterly targets for lead generation and conversions
Maintain a database of prospective clients and ongoing projects

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience as an Online Bidder / Business Development Executive
Proven experience working on Freelancer, Truelancer, Upwork etc.:




Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead generation
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to write professional and persuasive proposals
Understanding of IT services (Web Development, Mobile Apps, Digital Marketing, etc.) is a plus
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently

Preferred Skills:
Experience in international client handling
Knowledge of CRM tools
Basic understanding of sales pipelines and conversion strategies

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
