Purpose of the Role

To support financial and operational performance by delivering accurate reporting, analysis, and administrative coordination. The role focuses on enhancing decision-making through data-driven insights, ensuring compliance with financial procedures, and supporting business unit efficiency.

Key Accountabilities

Financial Management & Reporting:
Prepare monthly financial reports, variance analysis, and forecasts
Assist with budgeting and annual financial planning
Monitor expenditure against budgets and identify cost-saving prospects
Ensure accuracy in financial records and compliance with accounting standards

Data Analysis & Business Insights:
Analyse SLA costs & data providing value added insights & trends to enable effective cost management
Enhance data insights with automating reports & dashboards
Manage the resolution of cost queries with various stakeholders
Provide management reports for project related expenditure

SLA Billing
Generate invoices to Countries for Costs channeled through BA Centre
ICPs related to billing generated




Generate data sets supporting the invoices

Compliance & Controls
Ensure adherence to internal financial policies and procedures
Support audit processes (internal and external)

Stakeholder Coordination
Collaborate with internal & country stakeholders
Support senior management with ad hoc financial analysis

Process Improvement
Identify inefficiencies in workflows and recommend improvements
Assist in implementing financial systems or automation tools.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Preferred candidate profile
Skilled qualification: Chartered Accountant
Bachelors degree in finance, Accounting, or related field
A minimum of 35 years finance experience
