Key Responsibilities
Understand project requirements, client preferences, and design briefs.
Develop creative and functional interior design concepts.
Prepare space planning and furniture layouts.
Create detailed 2D drawings and 3D interior designs.
Prepare high-quality and realistic 3D renders.
Create skilled 3D walkthroughs / virtual walkthroughs for client presentations.
Select appropriate materials, colours, textures, furniture, lighting, and finishes.
Prepare design presentations and mood boards where required.
Modify and revise designs based on client feedback.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other professionals when required.
Provide design details and drawings necessary for project execution.
Ensure timely completion of assigned projects.
Maintain professional quality standards throughout the design and presentation process.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
Robust knowledge of interior design principles and space planning.




Excellent knowledge of 3D modelling, rendering, and visualization.
Ability to create realistic interior renders and 3D walkthroughs.
Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, Lumion, V-Ray, Enscape, D5 Render, Blender, or similar software.
Good understanding of materials, textures, lighting, furniture, and interior finishes.
Robust creative and visualization skills.
Ability to understand client requirements and convert them into practical design solutions.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.

Experience & Compensation
