We are looking for Customer Support Executive for Dwarka location
Location: Dwarka
Working Days: 6 days a week (rotational off)
Work timings: Day Rotational 9 Hour Shift
What we are looking for?
Fresher’s or Experienced with relevant experience
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Excellent Communication Skills (English & Hindi)
Basic Computer Knowledge
Customer focus and problem-solving ability
What you will be doing?
Helping customers with queries.
Handling technical and non-technical queries.
Problem-solving for various customers.
Handling blended Inbound process.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
