What You'll Do
Make outbound calls to leads provided by Social Connect's validated lead lists.
Qualify prospects against the Ananta World buyer profile.
Schedule and confirm site visits, coordinating with the Sales team.
Log every call outcome and follow-up accurately in the CRM.
Run structured follow-up cadences on warm leads.
What We're Looking For
Required
2+ years of telecalling / telesales experience.
Fluency in Marathi, Hindi and English.
Comfortable with CRM/call-logging tools.
Preferred
Real estate or high-ticket lead qualification experience.
Prior experience with structured follow-up cadences.
Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
