JOB DESCRIPTION:
Process Inspection:Monitor and inspect manufacturing processes to ensure they meet quality standards. Identify and address deviations from established procedures to maintain product quality.
Product Testing:Conduct product testing at various stages of the manufacturing process to verify compliance with specifications. Utilize testing equipment and tools to assess product performance and durability.
Root Cause Analysis:Investigate and analyze the root causes of quality issues and non-conformities. Implement corrective and preventive actions to address identified problems and prevent recurrence.
Documentation and Reporting:Maintain comprehensive documentation of quality control activities and testing results. Generate reports summarizing quality performance and trends for management review.




Supplier Quality Management:Collaborate with suppliers to ensure the quality of incoming materials and components. Establish and maintain solid relationships with suppliers, addressing quality concerns and driving continuous improvement.
Continuous Improvement:Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes and overall product quality. Provide training to production staff on quality standards and best practices.
