About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day construction activities at project sites.
Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Coordinate with site engineers, architects, consultants, and subcontractors.
Plan and allocate daily work activities for labour and contractors.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of milestones.
Inspect workmanship and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Maintain daily site reports, labour attendance, and material usage records.
Coordinate material requirements with the procurement team.
Identify and resolve site-related issues promptly.
Ensure proper housekeeping and safety practices at the construction site.

Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Civil Supervisor.




Mandatory experience in residential construction projects.
Strong knowledge of civil construction practices, finishing works, and site execution.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel between project sites as required.

Preferred Skills
Experience in villa and apartment construction.
Knowledge of interior finishing and coordination works.
Familiarity with quality control procedures and site safety standards.
