Main Job Responsibilities:
Social Media Management
Handle Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and YouTube pages
Post creatives about gold loan offers, interest rates, and schemes
Reply to customer comments and messages
Lead Generation
Collect customer enquiries from online platforms
Share leads with branch staff
Maintain lead data in Excel
Advertisement Support
Assist in running Google Ads and Facebook Ads
Promote gold loan campaigns and festive offers
Content Creation
Create easy posters, banners, and videos
Write captions and promotional messages
Website Support
Update branch information
Monitor website enquiries
Reporting
Prepare daily / weekly performance reports
Show number of leads and conversions
