Key Responsibilities
Supervise nursing staff and coordinate daily nursing operations.
Ensure high standards of patient care, infection prevention, and patient safety.
Prepare duty rosters and monitor nursing documentation and compliance.
Coordinate with doctors and multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective patient care.
Support quality improvement initiatives and maintain hospital policies and protocols.
Mentor and guide nursing staff to promote career development.

Requirements:
GNM/B.Sc. Nursing/Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing.:
Valid State Nursing Council Registration.:
Minimum 5 years of clinical experience.
Prior supervisory or leadership experience is preferred.
Robust leadership, communication, and team management skills.
