Job Title: Customs Coordinator - Canadian Logistics (Night Shift)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Process and manage customs documentation for cross-border shipments.
Prepare and submit PAPS (Pre-Arrival Processing System) and PARS (Pre-Arrival Review System) entries.
Handle ACE (Automated Commercial Environment) and ACI (Advance Commercial Information) filings accurately and on time.
Coordinate with customs brokers, carriers, drivers, and internal operations teams.
Monitor shipment status and ensure compliance with customs regulations.
Resolve customs-related issues and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of customs transactions.
Ensure all customs filings meet Canadian and U.S. regulatory requirements.

Requirements:
Minimum 6 months of experience in customs coordination, freight forwarding, or logistics operations.




Positive working knowledge of PAPS, PARS, ACE, and ACI processes.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced logistics environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience in Canadian transportation or logistics operations will be an asset.

Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of customs compliance and border clearance procedures.
Experience working with trucking, dispatch, or freight brokerage companies.
Robust attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
