Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing strategies for residential, commercial, and real estate projects
Plan and execute digital and offline marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads
Coordinate project launches, events, exhibitions, and promotional activities
Work closely with sales teams to support lead generation and conversion efforts
Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies to maximize ROI
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer trend assessments
Manage relationships with advertising agencies, media partners, and vendors
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and communication materials
Prepare and present marketing reports and performance metrics

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration,



Communications, or related field
Minimum 3 to 10+ years of Marketing experience with mandatory Real Estate industry experience
Proven experience in real estate project marketing and lead generation
Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, CRM tools, and social media advertising
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
Ability to analyze campaign performance and drive business growth
