About the Role

We are seeking a Creative Art Director to define and elevate the visual identity of a premium skincare brand. This role goes beyond aesthetics — it’s about shaping how the brand looks, feels, and lives across every touchpoint. You’ll collaborate directly with leadership and creative teams to deliver high‑impact campaigns and storytelling.

Key Responsibilities
Visual Identity: Carry forward the founder’s vision across all brand touchpoints.
Campaign Leadership: Drive creative campaigns from concept to polished execution.
Storytelling: Ensure elevated, consistent narratives across social, website, and marketing.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, content, and leadership teams.
Mentorship:



Mentor designers and copywriters to raise creative standards.

Requirements:
4+ years in Art Direction or Senior Design (beauty, skincare, or premium brands preferred).
Robust grasp of copy, visuals, product imagery, textures, lighting, and composition.
Ability to take ideas from moodboard to final polished output.
Sharp eye for clean, premium aesthetics and detail‑oriented storytelling.
Ability to balance creative ambition with execution speed.
