The ideal candidate has a robust portfolio, master-level software skills, and a solid grasp of core design principles.

Key Responsibilities
Create Animations: Design and build compelling 2D motion graphics, video ads, social media reels, and explainer videos.
Concept & Storyboard: Turn creative briefs and raw scripts into explicit storyboards, visual concepts, and finished videos.
Collaborate: Work closely with copywriters, marketing teams, and art directors to keep branding aligned.
Edit & Refine: Handle video editing, color grading, sound synchronization, and final delivery formatting.





Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: 3 years of hands-on working experience in a studio, agency, or corporate creative team setting.
Software Mastery: Expert command of Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Design Fundamentals: Deep understanding of color theory, typography, visual hierarchy, and composition.
Bonus Skills: Basic working knowledge of 3D software like Cinema 4D or Blender.
Portfolio: A strong, up-to-date reel showcasing storytelling capabilities and diverse design styles.
