Role & responsibilities
Supervise Lines: Oversee daily primary and secondary packaging lines to ensure smooth operations.
Ensure Line Clearance: Verify that the packaging area is completely clean and free of prior product remains before a current batch starts.
Fill Documentation: Complete Batch Packaging Records (BPR) and logbooks accurately in real-time.
Follow Compliance: Strictly adhere to cGMP, safety guidelines, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Conduct Quality Checks: Perform regular In-Process Quality Control (IPQC) checks like leak tests.
Allocate Manpower: Assist in assigning operators and workers to different packaging lines based on daily targets.
Coordinate Maintenance: Report machine breakdowns and assist the engineering team during product changeovers.
To manage the manpower at shop floor.
To ensure PM, calibration of equipment / machines is conducted as per schedule
