We are looking for a skilled GIS Expert with hands-on experience in spatial data analysis and GIS-based urban planning projects.
The candidate will be responsible for base map creation, land use mapping, and advanced GIS analysis to support master planning and zonal planning assignments.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare GIS base maps, spatial databases, and mapping outputs for urban planning projects.
Develop Existing Land Use (ELU) and Proposed Land Use (PLU) maps.
Perform land revenue map digitization and integration with GIS datasets.
Conduct satellite image digitization and interpretation.
Perform map superimposition, overlay analysis, and spatial modeling.
Create thematic maps for planning analysis and reporting.
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality of GIS data and outputs.




Support preparation of presentations for clients and stakeholders.
Participate in stakeholder meetings and provide GIS-based insights.
Ensure timely submission of reports and project deliverables.

Key Deliverables:
High-quality GIS base maps and spatial datasets
ELU & PLU maps and thematic outputs
Digitized and georeferenced spatial data
Timely submission of reports and GIS deliverables
Solid proficiency in GIS software (ArcGIS, QGIS, ERDAS Imagine or similar)
Knowledge of remote sensing techniques and satellite image processing
Experience in digitization, georeferencing, and spatial data management
