Role & responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Python and Django.

- Architect and implement RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services.
- Deploy, manage, and optimize applications on AWS cloud infrastructure.
- Ensure application scalability, performance, and security.
- Collaborate with front-end developers, DevOps engineers, and product teams.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and automate deployment processes.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical decision-making.

Preferred candidate profile 5+ years of qualified experience in backend development.

- Strong proficiency in Python and Django framework.
- Hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, CloudFormation, etc.).
- Solid understanding of database systems (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerization tools.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in agile environments.
