Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated Python & Database Developer with 4+ years of experience in application development, database management, production support, and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python, databases, and networking concepts, along with excellent vendor coordination, issue debugging, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain Python-based applications and services.
- Develop, optimize, and maintain database objects, queries, stored procedures
- Monitor and troubleshoot application, database, and network-related issues.
- Perform root cause analysis for production incidents and implement permanent fixes.
- Coordinate with internal teams, infrastructure teams, and external vendors for issue resolution and project delivery.
- Manage database performance tuning, backup, recovery, and optimization activities.
- Support deployment, release management, and environment maintenance activities.
- Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and coding best practices.
- Prepare technical documentation, support guides, and knowledge transfer materials.

Required Technical Skills

- Strong experience in Python development.
- Good hands-on experience with Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or other relational databases.
- Expertise in writing complex SQL queries,



stored procedures.
- Positive experience with REST APIs and system integrations.
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts, including:
- Network troubleshooting and connectivity analysis
- Firewalls, VPNs, Load Balancers, and Proxy Servers
- Understanding of ports, protocols, routing, and network security principles
- Ability to analyze network-related application issues and coordinate with infrastructure teams

Functional Skills

- Strong issue debugging and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience in production support and incident management.
- Ability to perform root cause analysis and provide timely resolutions.
- Experience in vendor coordination and stakeholder management.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes, including Incident, Problem, and Change Management.

Soft Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹66,000.00 per month
