Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and motivated Software Engineer with 3+ years of experience in Python development, API integrations, and AI/LLM application development. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building scalable backend services using FastAPI, working with Large Language Model (LLM) APIs, integrating enterprise authentication solutions, and developing modern AI-powered applications.

Experience with the Model Context Protocol (MCP) ecosystem is highly desirable.

Backend Development

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Python.

- Build high-performance APIs and microservices using FastAPI.

- Implement asynchronous programming patterns using async/await.

- Develop robust data models and validation layers using Pydantic.

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following software engineering best practices.

AI/LLM Application Development

- Integrate and work with leading LLM APIs.

- Implement tool/function calling capabilities for AI agents and applications.

- Design and manage conversation context, memory, and prompt orchestration.

- Build structured output solutions utilizing JSON schemas and validation frameworks.

- Implement streaming responses and real-time interactions for AI-powered applications.

API Integration & Security





- Integrate with enterprise and third-party REST APIs.

- Implement authentication and authorization using OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and token-based mechanisms.

- Configure and manage Microsoft Entra ID App Registrations.

- Work with Managed Identities and secure service-to-service communication.

- Troubleshoot API integration issues and optimize performance.

MCP (Preferred)

- Build and consume Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers and clients.

- Design integrations between AI agents and enterprise systems using MCP.

- Evaluate and implement MCP-based architectures for scalable AI workflows.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.

- 3+ years of professional software development experience.

- Strong proficiency in Python.

- Experience with FastAPI, Pydantic, and asynchronous programming.

- Hands-on experience working with LLM APIs and AI application development.

- Robust knowledge of RESTful APIs and API integration patterns.

- Experience with OAuth, Microsoft Entra ID, and enterprise authentication mechanisms.

- Understanding of software architecture, debugging, testing, and code quality practices.

- Familiarity with Git and modern CI/CD processes.
