- Position: Purchase Executive – Corporate Gifting

We are looking for an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a purchase executive. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing corporate gifting products, coordinating with vendors, negotiating prices, preparing quotations, processing orders, and ensuring timely delivery to corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle purchase requirements and inquiries for corporate gifting products.
- Source products from vendors and negotiate competitive pricing.
- Identify and develop relationships with reliable suppliers.
- Prepare and share quotations based on client requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors for product availability, pricing, samples, and customization.
- Follow up on purchase orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and dispatch.




- Handle customized gifting requirements and ensure specifications are met.
- Maintain strong vendor relationships and negotiate favourable commercial terms.
- Resolve purchase-related issues and ensure timely closure of orders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- A bachelor's degree in business, commerce, or a related field is preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in purchase/procurement, preferably in corporate gifting or related products.
- Good knowledge of corporate gifting products, vendors, and sourcing processes.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and basic CRM/ERP systems.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple orders simultaneously.
- Robust attention to detail and follow-up skills.
- Customer-focused and solution-oriented approach.
