Purpose/Objective

Project & Program Coordinator will manage data centre projects, focusing on PMO processes, team leadership, resource management, and stakeholder coordination.

Responsibilities include overseeing MEP aspects and ensuring compliance with project specifications, while providing regular updates to senior management

Key Responsibilities of Role

PMO Processes: Implement and maintain PMO processes and standards for data centre projects.

Project Management: Coordinate with project teams, ensuring timely execution and adherence to quality standards.

MEP Coordination: Oversee Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing aspects, coordinating with stakeholders for smooth project delivery.

Contract Administration: Lead implementation of contracts as agreed, ensuring compliance with project specifications, standards, regulations and contractors' deliverables.

Stakeholder Reporting: Provide regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting key milestones and addressing risks.

Project Planning: Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, budget management,



and risk mitigation strategies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation in project processes.

Digital mindset: Champions a digital mindset within the organization to drive innovation and competitiveness.

Keep up with digital and AI advancements to enhance business and maintain competitiveness.

Qualifications and Experience

Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field Work Experience: 6-10 years of experience in project management, PMO, MEP, and contract management
