Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to plan, manage, and oversee multiple clinical research projects from initiation through completion. The role will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered within defined timelines, budgets, quality standards, and regulatory requirements while effectively coordinating with internal teams, study sponsors, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, initiate, and manage multiple clinical research projects across various stages of the study lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, trackers, and status reports.
- Serve as a key point of contact for study sponsors and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, risks, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Clinical Operations, Regulatory Affairs, Data Management, Quality Assurance, and other relevant functions.
- Monitor project progress against timelines, deliverables, budgets, and agreed-upon quality standards.
- Identify potential risks, issues, dependencies, and delays and implement appropriate mitigation and corrective actions.
- Lead regular project review meetings, prepare agendas, document decisions, and follow up on action items.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Manage project documentation and ensure that records are maintained accurately and in accordance with organizational and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure projects are conducted in compliance with applicable regulations, ICH-GCP, SOPs, and study-specific requirements.
- Track project performance and provide timely escalation of critical issues to senior management.




- Support resource planning and allocation to ensure projects are adequately staffed and delivered efficiently.
- Identify opportunities to improve project processes, workflows, and overall study execution.
- Prepare and present project status updates, dashboards, and performance reports to management and sponsors.

Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Clinical Research, Project Management, or a related field.
- 36 years of experience in project management or project coordination, preferably within clinical research, CRO, healthcare, or a related industry.
- Good understanding of clinical research processes, study workflows, timelines, and applicable regulations.
- Familiarity with ICH-GCP and clinical trial documentation requirements.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize competing requirements.
- Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; experience with project management tools is an advantage.
- Project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent is an added advantage.
