Role Overview

MoonDive is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee end-to-end delivery across our software and product development engagements. In this role, you will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage client relationships, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard of quality. This position is well suited to a detail-oriented professional who thrives on managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end project delivery and ensure timely execution across multiple engagements
- Coordinate closely with clients, designers, developers, and QA teams
- Plan sprints, timelines, and project milestones in line with Agile/Scrum practices
- Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into actionable tasks
- Track progress, manage risks, and proactively resolve blockers




- Conduct project meetings and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
- Ensure quality deliverables while maintaining agreed scope and timelines
- Manage client communication and set clear stakeholder expectations

Required Qualifications

- 2-4 years of project management experience in software or product development
- Robust understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Hands-on experience with Jira, ClickUp, Trello, or similar project management tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
- Basic understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)

Good to Have

- Experience delivering web, mobile, or SaaS products
- Prior experience working in a startup environment
