Role Description

This is a full time remote role for a Project Manager.

The Project

Manager will oversee project planning, execution, and completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.

Responsibilities include managing project teams, scheduling, monitoring deliverables, coordinating communications, and solving potential project challenges.

The Project

Manager will also ensure effective oversight of logistics and liaise with stakeholders to align project outcomes with organizational objectives.

Qualifications

- Proven expertise in Project Management, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing projects.
- Skills in expediting and expeditor processes to ensure projects are completed efficiently.
- Knowledge of inspection processes for quality assurance and performance tracking.
- Ability to work effectively with teams and stakeholders in a remote environment.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.

Client Management

- Serve as the main point of contact for clients,



maintaining regular communication and providing status updates.
- Manage client expectations, ensuring that all deliverables meet quality standards and address client needs.
- Handle client feedback and make necessary adjustments to meet client goals.

Team Collaboration & Leadership

- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Facilitate effective communication between creative, development, and marketing teams to ensure alignment.
- Resolve issues and conflicts within the team and mediate to maintain project flow.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members to improve productivity and team dynamics.

Performance Tracking & Reporting (along with respective team members)

- Track key project metrics (KPIs), campaign performance, analyzing data to improve the future metrics of the projects.
- Generate comprehensive reports for clients and internal leadership on the effectiveness of campaigns, milestones, and project health (along with respective team members)
- Identify opportunities for optimization in project management processes.

Risk Management

- Identify potential risks and issues within projects, developing mitigation strategies to avoid delays.
- Ensure compliance with project timelines, quality standards, and regulatory guidelines where applicable.

Process Improvement





- Continuously review project management processes and make recommendations for improvements.
- Implement best practices for project management, including using appropriate tools and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, project management, or related field.
- 3+ years of project management experience.
- Strong understanding of strategies and tools.
- Excellent communication and client management skills with a track record of managing client relationships.
- Proficiency with project management software and collaboration tools (Slack, Google Workspace).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen attention to detail.

Education & Experience requirement:

- Any Graduation or MBA.
- 5+ years of experience in project management
- Experience planning and executing full-funnel marketing project management
- Acute attention to detail, with experience building and managing complex processes and working in an ambiguous environment where timelines may shift
