We are looking for a proactive and organized Project Manager to join our team and manage digital, AI-driven, and creative projects from planning to successful delivery.

The ideal candidate should have strong project management skills, a good understanding of AI platforms and tools, and practical knowledge of AI prompting and prompt engineering. You will coordinate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the expected quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, manage, and execute multiple projects simultaneously.
- Define project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and priorities.
- Coordinate with creative, marketing, development, AI, and other internal teams.
- Track project progress and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders regarding project requirements and updates.
- Identify project risks, delays, and dependencies and take corrective action.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with team members and ensure accountability.
- Prepare project briefs, task assignments, status updates, and reports.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality and client expectations.
- Manage revisions, feedback, and approvals efficiently.
- Maintain proper project documentation and workflows.
- Continuously explore new AI tools and platforms that can improve productivity and project delivery.

- Ability to create effective prompts for text, image, video, research, and content-generation tasks.
- Familiarity with AI tools used for marketing, content creation, automation, and productivity.
- Ability to evaluate AI-generated outputs and improve them through better prompting.
- Willingness to continuously learn and experiment with emerging AI technologies.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Previous experience in digital marketing, advertising, SaaS, technology, AI, or creative agencies is an advantage.
- Experience working with UAE or international clients will be an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing, social media, websites, content production, and creative workflows is preferred.
