- Project Planning &
- Execution

- Plan, execute, and monitor civil construction and interior design projects from start to completion.

- Prepare project schedules, timelines, budgets, BOQs, and resource plans.

- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and as per specifications.

- Site Management

- Supervise daily site activities and coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, contractors, and workers.

- Monitor construction and interior execution as per approved drawings and designs.

- Identify and resolve site-related issues and delays.

- Client &

- Consultant Coordination

- Coordinate with clients, architects, structural engineers, interior designers, consultants, and vendors.

- Conduct regular project meetings and provide progress updates.

- Understand client requirements and ensure proper execution.

- Contractor &

- Vendor Management

- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors.

- Allocate work and monitor contractor performance.

- Negotiate rates, monitor material deliveries, and ensure timely procurement.

- Cost &

- Budget Control

- Monitor project expenses and control unnecessary costs.

- Review BOQs, quotations, purchase requirements, and contractor bills.

- Track project profitability and budget utilization.

- Quality &

- Safety

- Ensure construction and interior work meets required quality standards.

- Conduct regular inspections and rectify defects.





- Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and statutory requirements.

- Project Documentation

- Maintain project schedules, daily/weekly progress reports, drawings, BOQs, measurements, approvals, and other project records.

- Prepare MIS and project progress reports for management.

- Team Leadership

- Lead and coordinate project teams.

- Assign responsibilities and monitor team performance.

- Resolve conflicts and ensure smooth communication between departments.

- Material &

- Resource Management

- Plan manpower, materials, equipment, and other resources.

- Ensure materials are available at site as per project requirements.

- Minimize material wastage and ensure proper utilization.

- Handover &

- Closure

- Monitor snagging and rectification works.

- Coordinate final inspections and client approvals.

- Ensure proper project handover and completion documentation.

Key Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Interior Design or related field.

- 5–8 years of experience in civil construction and/or interior projects.

- Solid knowledge of construction processes, interior execution, BOQ, estimation, and project scheduling.

- Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project, MS Excel and project management tools.

- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
