We are looking for a B.Tech Civil Engineer to manage and execute fire door projects from PO/order receipt to final installation and project handover. The candidate will be responsible for site coordination, project planning, measurements, drawings, execution, quality, client coordination and timely completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle complete project execution from PO receipt to final handover.
- Study PO, approved drawings, specifications, BOQ and project requirements.
- Coordinate with client, consultant, contractor and site team.
- Visit project sites regularly and monitor project progress.
- Take and verify site measurements and ensure they match approved drawings.
- Coordinate with Design, Production, Purchase, Dispatch and Installation teams.
- Prepare and maintain project execution schedules and ensure timely completion.
- Monitor fire door installation as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Check site conditions, openings, dimensions and installation requirements before dispatch/installation.
- Coordinate for material delivery and ensure proper availability of materials at site.
- Monitor installation quality and resolve site-related technical issues.
- Prepare site reports, measurement sheets, progress reports and project documentation.
- Handle client queries, complaints and site issues and provide timely solutions.
- Coordinate with contractors and installation teams for manpower and work planning.




- Monitor project progress against committed timelines and highlight delays to management.
- Ensure compliance with company quality standards and approved fire door specifications.
- Coordinate for inspection, snag rectification and final project handover.
- Maintain proper records of drawings, approvals, measurements, site reports and handover documents.
- Travel to project sites as required.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of project execution and site management.
- Positive understanding of construction drawings and technical specifications.
- Ability to read AutoCAD drawings.
- Good knowledge of measurements, BOQ and quantity verification.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects/sites simultaneously.
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability.
- Willingness to travel to project sites.

Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in fire doors, doors & windows, building materials, construction, similar project execution will be preferred.

Candidate Profile

- B.Tech / B.E. Civil Engineering.
- 3–5 years of relevant project/site execution experience.
- Should be capable of independently handling project execution and coordinating with multiple departments.
- Should have a hands-on approach and strong site management skills.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
